Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Theo Clothing. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Pre-Order Policy
All of our products are made on a pre-order basis.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins according to your selected style and size.
Delivery Time: Usually, it takes 5 to 7 working days after your order is submitted.
Advance Payment: For orders above Tk 2,000, an advance or booking payment is required to confirm your order.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or preference.
However, we will offer an exchange if:
You receive a wrong product, wrong size, or a damaged item, and
The mistake is confirmed to be our fault after review.
To request an exchange in such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours of placing them.
If you wish to cancel within the first 72 hours, please contact us directly.
Advance or booking money is non-refundable once production begins.
